Last updated: May 2026. How Fetch Local collects, uses, and protects account data.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment information, and account preferences. We also collect usage data including app interactions, device information, and location data when you use our service.
We use your information to process orders, facilitate deliveries, provide customer support, send service updates, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the experience.
We share information with merchants to fulfill orders, with delivery drivers to complete drop-offs, and with service providers that help operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain account information while your account is active. If you delete your account through the Settings page, we remove personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may opt out of data collection and notification emails via the Settings page at jaxbchfoods.com.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. No transmission method is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
