Fetch Local is a platform that connects users with local businesses, restaurants, and service providers. We facilitate orders, deliveries, and concierge bookings but are not directly responsible for the goods or services provided by third-party merchants. All transactions are between the user and the merchant.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information. Account management features, including data collection preferences, notification settings, subscription cancellation, and account deletion, are available on the Fetch Local website at jaxbchfoods.com. The mobile app provides links to these web-based settings.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Subscription fees, if applicable, will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page on our website. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your data. Account deletion is available through the Settings page on our website and permanently removes your personal data from our systems.
Fetch Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
